Labiaplasty, vaginoplasty, hymenoplasty and fat transfer — sensitive procedures performed with privacy, care, and the same surgical standards as the rest of our practice.
Overview
Labiaplasty, vaginoplasty, hymenoplasty and fat transfer — sensitive procedures performed with privacy, care, and the same surgical standards as the rest of our practice.
Preparing for your procedure
For vaginoplasty and labiaplasty, schedule surgery outside your menstrual period, ideally after it finishes or at least two weeks before your next cycle. All sutures are dissolvable and standard preparation applies. For fat transfer, follow the usual prep and plan ahead for protecting the treated area afterwards.
Recovery & aftercare
After intimate procedures, avoid intercourse or penetration for four weeks (labiaplasty) or six weeks (vaginoplasty), maintain strict hygiene, wear loose breathable clothing, and avoid harsh soaps or douching. After fat transfer, avoid pressure on the area for two months, including tight clothing and sitting directly on a treated buttock; expect about 30 to 50 percent of grafted fat to be reabsorbed before results settle.

Fat harvested during liposuction is processed and grafted to a target area in the same session. Priced per area.
Fat is harvested from one area such as the abdomen or thighs, purified, and re-injected to restore fullness or correct contour irregularities, leaving virtually no scar at the recipient site.
Mild swelling and bruising at the donor and recipient sites settle over a few days. A support garment may be worn and most return to normal life within one to two weeks.
Leaving the area untreated or pursuing diet and exercise are options; in some cases direct surgical removal of excess skin and fat may be needed instead.
Bleeding or haematoma · Infection · Altered skin sensation · Skin contour irregularities · Asymmetry from variable fat survival · Seroma (fluid collection) · Visible or thickened scarring · Partial loss of grafted fat · Anaesthetic complications
