Overview
Abdominoplasty, body and arm and thigh lifts, and post-weight-loss restoration. We contour for proportion rather than extremes, with recovery planned carefully so you heal comfortably before flying home.
Preparing for your procedure
These larger contouring procedures often follow weight loss, so complete all pre-operative tests and medical clearance carefully, and for lower body and thigh lifts try to schedule assessment about two weeks before menstruation. Arrange meaningful help at home, as your movement will be restricted in the early weeks. Stop smoking and blood thinners strictly on schedule given the higher healing demands.
Recovery & aftercare
Expect surgical drains, usually removed within one to two days, and wear your compression garment continuously for three weeks, then at least eight hours daily for up to three months. After a tummy tuck or belt lipectomy, walk and rest with a slight forward bend for seven to ten days to ease tension on the incision; after an arm lift, keep arms at shoulder level or below for ten days. Lymphatic drainage massage may start around day five.

A limited-incision approach for patients with mild laxity confined to below the navel.
Liposuction alone may suit those with good skin tone and localised fat, while diet and exercise can help reduce overall body fat.
Bleeding or haematoma · Infection · Reduced or permanent loss of skin sensation · Visible or thickened scarring · Skin contour irregularities · Asymmetry · Blood clots or pulmonary embolism · Anaesthetic complications
- Surgeon, anesthesiologist, team fee
- Room admission up to 2 days
- Medication and consumables in surgery
- Medication on discharge
- Follow Up until stitches removal
Removes excess abdominal skin and tightens the abdominal wall, restoring the abdomen after pregnancy or weight loss.
A low incision across the lower abdomen lets the surgeon remove excess skin and fat and repair separated abdominal muscles, then reposition the navel. It is often combined with liposuction to refine the waistline.
A support garment is worn for several weeks and gentle walking begins early to aid circulation. Strenuous activity and heavy lifting are avoided for about four weeks.
Liposuction alone may suit those with good skin tone, while diet, exercise and non-surgical contouring such as radiofrequency or cryolipolysis can help to a limited degree.
Bleeding or haematoma · Infection · Deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism · Reduced or permanent loss of skin sensation · Skin contour irregularities · Poor wound healing or skin necrosis · Visible or thickened scarring · Asymmetry needing revision · Anaesthetic complications

A belt lipectomy removing redundant skin around the entire circumference of the lower trunk.
A circumferential (belt) excision removes excess skin and fat around the lower trunk — abdomen, flanks, lower back and buttocks — to reshape the body after major weight loss.
Drains and a support binder are used and bending at the waist is limited for several weeks. Light activity resumes in about two weeks, strenuous exercise after a few months.
Liposuction alone may suit those with good skin tone, while diet, exercise and non-surgical skin tightening offer modest improvement for milder laxity.
Bleeding or haematoma · Infection · Deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism · Delayed healing or skin necrosis · Wound separation · Extensive scarring · Seroma (fluid collection) · Altered skin sensation · Asymmetry or contour irregularities

A circumferential lower body lift addressing the thighs and buttocks after major weight loss.
Liposuction alone may suit those with good skin tone, while diet, exercise and non-surgical skin tightening offer modest improvement for milder laxity.

Brachioplasty to remove excess upper-arm skin and tighten the contour, typically after weight loss or with age.
Excess skin and fat are removed from the inner upper arm and the remaining skin is re-draped and sutured; liposuction may be combined to refine the contour.
A compression garment supports the arms while they heal. Light recovery takes a few days to a week depending on how much skin is removed.
Liposuction alone may suit those with good skin tone and localised fat, while diet, exercise and non-surgical skin tightening offer modest improvement for mild laxity.
Bleeding or haematoma · Infection · Visible inner-arm or armpit scarring · Reduced or permanent numbness · Blood clots or pulmonary embolism · Skin contour irregularities · Asymmetry · Anaesthetic complications

Extended brachioplasty addressing more significant skin laxity that continues toward the chest wall.
Liposuction alone may suit those with good skin tone and localised fat, while diet, exercise and non-surgical skin tightening offer modest improvement for mild laxity.

A medial-thigh lift, often combined with liposculpture, to remove excess inner-thigh skin.
Excess skin and fat are removed and the skin tightened to reshape the thigh, with the scar hidden in the groin crease.
Drains and dressings support healing and leg movement is limited early to protect the scar. Most return to work after about a week.
Swelling, bruising and temporary numbness are expected. The groin scar fades with time and is easily concealed.
