Overview
Breast augmentation, lift, reduction, implant exchange and gynecomastia surgery. We aim for natural proportion and a result that suits your frame, performed under our highest safety thresholds.
Preparing for your procedure
Beyond the standard preparation, breast and gynecomastia surgery need no special extra steps, so focus on stopping smoking and blood thinners on schedule, completing your pre-operative tests, and arranging help at home for the first weeks. Plan ahead for a supportive garment you will need to wear continuously after surgery.
Recovery & aftercare
Sutures are dissolvable and dressings are usually changed around day ten, with scar gel starting from about day fourteen. Wear your supportive post-surgical bra or compression garment continuously, 24 hours a day, for about three months unless told otherwise. Avoid strenuous activity, swimming, and saunas for at least two months, or until your surgeon clears you.

Breast augmentation with a pair of cohesive silicone gel implants, placed sub-muscular or sub-glandular. Implant cost is quoted separately.
An implant is placed under the breast tissue or beneath the chest muscle to add volume and balance shape. Implant type, size and incision are chosen to suit your body and goals.
A support garment is worn while swelling settles and gentle self-massage may be advised. Augmentation does not lift significantly sagging breasts — a lift can be combined.
External breast forms or padded bras add the look of volume without surgery, and fat transfer offers an implant-free option, though with more modest enhancement.
Bleeding or haematoma · Infection · Capsular contracture (firmness) · Implant rupture or deflation · Implant displacement or malposition · Altered nipple or skin sensation · Implant rippling or wrinkling · Visible or thickened scarring · Asymmetry needing revision
- Surgeon, anesthesiologist, team fee
- Room admission up to 2 days
- Medication and consumables in surgery
- Medication on discharge
- Follow Up until stitches removal
Repositions the breast tissue and nipple-areola complex higher on the chest wall, without implants, for patients with sufficient volume.
Excess skin is removed and the remaining tissue tightened to raise and reshape the breast, with the nipple repositioned. Implants can be added for extra fullness.
A surgical bra is worn continuously for several weeks. Avoid lifting and overhead stretching early; most return to work within about three weeks.
A supportive bra can improve appearance temporarily, and concurrent implants may be considered where added volume is desired, but neither replaces a surgical lift.
Bleeding or haematoma · Infection · Altered or lost nipple sensation · Compromised nipple blood supply · Visible or thickened scarring · Breast or nipple asymmetry · Changes in breast shape over time · Reduced ability to breastfeed · Delayed wound healing

Exchange of existing implants for new ones, with capsule work where indicated. Implant cost is quoted separately.
Leaving existing implants in place, or removing them without replacement, are options to discuss alongside exchange surgery.
Bleeding or haematoma · Infection · Recurrent capsular contracture · Incomplete capsule removal · Implant rupture or failure · Altered nipple or skin sensation · Implant rippling or displacement · Visible or thickened scarring · Seroma (fluid collection)

Removes breast tissue and skin to reduce size and weight while preserving nipple sensation where possible.
Excess breast tissue, fat and skin are removed and the breast reshaped, repositioning the nipple to a higher, balanced position. Scars typically follow an anchor (inverted-T) pattern.
A surgical bra is worn for several weeks. Avoid lifting and raising the arms overhead early on; most return to work within about three weeks.
Supportive bras, weight management and physiotherapy can ease symptoms, though they cannot reduce breast size the way surgery can.

Areolar reduction, nipple-projection correction, or inverted-nipple repair under local anaesthetic with sedation.
The nipple is reduced in length, width, or both using dissolvable sutures and shaped to suit the breast.
Recovery is quick — most patients return to normal activity within a day and can shower the next day.
Minor swelling and soreness settle within a few days. Breastfeeding ability is usually unaffected.

Liposuction and/or gland excision to flatten and contour the male chest.
Compression garments can minimise the appearance of enlarged tissue, and where the excess is mainly fatty, liposuction alone may reduce breast volume.
