Overview

Rhinoplasty, facelift, eyelid surgery, brow and neck refinement. Every procedure is performed in our ACHSI-accredited theatres with a structure-preserving, conservative approach, for results that read as a rested version of you.

Preparing for your procedure

Tell your surgeon about any prior aesthetic treatments: laser work is fine up to three months before, but Botox should stop at least six months ahead, and dermal fillers or thread lifts near the surgical area are best avoided. For facelift, brow, and forehead procedures the incisions sit in or near the hairline, so plan for limited hair washing and styling early on.

Recovery & aftercare

Stitches are usually removed around day seven to eight; keep incisions clean with sterile saline and apply the prescribed antibiotic ointment until then. Wear your nasal splint (rhinoplasty) or facial compression garment as directed, and avoid exaggerated expressions and forceful chewing in the first week. Keep make-up and skincare away from incisions for about three weeks, and defer peels, lasers, and microneedling for three months.

A deep-plane facelift combined with a formal necklift; the lift is structural, with no tension placed on the skin.

The Procedure

Deeper facial tissues are repositioned and excess skin is removed through incisions hidden in the hairline and around the ears; excess neck fat may be refined for a firmer jawline.

Recovery & Aftercare

A light dressing or garment supports the area at first. Bruising and swelling settle over one to two weeks and strenuous activity is avoided for the first weeks.

Alternatives

Non-surgical options such as injectables, energy-based skin tightening or chemical peels can soften early ageing but cannot match the lift achieved by surgery.

Upper-lid skin and fat refinement performed under general anaesthetic for patients who prefer to be asleep.

The Procedure

Excess eyelid skin and fat are removed and, where needed, muscle is tightened. Incisions follow the natural upper-lid crease or sit just inside the lower lid to keep scars discreet.

Recovery & Aftercare

Cold compresses in the first days reduce swelling and sutures are removed around day five to seven. Most bruising settles within two to three weeks.

Alternatives

Non-surgical options such as anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, laser resurfacing or radiofrequency tightening can soften mild laxity but cannot match surgery for significant excess skin or fat.

Risks & considerations

Bleeding or haematoma · Infection · Dry or irritated eyes · Difficulty fully closing the eyelids · Lower-lid drooping (ectropion) · Altered eyelid sensation · Asymmetry needing revision · Temporary blurred vision · Visible scarring

Augmentation rhinoplasty using a silicone dorsal implant to refine height and profile, performed under general anaesthetic.

The Procedure

Through incisions inside the nose or across the columella, bone and cartilage are reshaped to refine the nose; a deviated septum can be corrected at the same time to ease breathing.

Recovery & Aftercare

A splint supports the nose for about two weeks. Avoid blowing the nose, resting glasses on the bridge, and strenuous activity for the first weeks.

Alternatives

Non-surgical reshaping with dermal fillers can refine minor contour concerns, but cannot correct structural or breathing issues addressed by surgery.

Risks & considerations

Bleeding or haematoma · Infection · Result that may not meet expectations · Altered nasal breathing or airflow · Nasal septal perforation · Permanent numbness of nasal skin · Visible or thickened scarring · Injury to deeper structures · Need for revision surgery

Otoplasty to reposition prominent ears closer to the head using permanent sutures, performed under local anaesthetic.

The Procedure

Through a small incision behind the ear the cartilage is reshaped and set closer to the head; both ears are usually treated for symmetry.

Recovery & Aftercare

A head dressing, then a headband, supports the ears — worn especially at night. Most return to work or school within five to seven days.

Alternatives

In young children, non-surgical ear-moulding splints may reshape the ear, though declining treatment is also a reasonable choice for adults.

Risks & considerations

Bleeding or haematoma · Infection · Altered ear skin sensation · Recurrence or loss of correction · Visible or thickened scarring · Asymmetry between the ears · Cartilage contour irregularities · Stitch-related complications · Result that may not meet expectations

Frequently asked

It depends on skin laxity. Fine lines and early volume loss usually respond to injectables or energy devices; once there is genuine jowl or neck laxity, surgery gives a result no device can match. We will tell you honestly which applies.
Not with a deep-plane technique. We reposition the underlying structure rather than pulling skin, so the result reads as a rested version of your own face.
Most facial procedures need 7 to 14 nights on the island. Bruising and swelling settle over the first two to three weeks.
Swelling and minor contour changes are normal and settle gradually. Final results typically stabilise at around twelve months as residual swelling subsides.
Yes. Botox should be discontinued at least six months before facial surgery, and you should disclose all prior aesthetic treatments at your consultation.
A nasal splint is worn continuously for about seven days, then at night for three to four weeks. A facial compression garment is worn full-time for two weeks, then at night for a further two to three months.
