A complete repertoire of breast surgery — implant-based augmentation, lifting, reduction, and refinement — performed in our ACHSI-accredited theatres by ISAPS-member plastic surgeons.
Overview
Every plan begins with a private consultation, careful measurements of breast width and skin envelope, and an honest conversation about whether surgery is the right answer.
The consultation
Every breast surgery begins with a forty-five minute private consultation, in person or by video. We take careful measurements — breast width, projection, skin envelope, soft-tissue coverage — and discuss your goals against your anatomy. Where helpful we use 3D simulation and rice-bag try-ins to make the projected result tangible. Many patients leave choosing a smaller implant than they arrived expecting; we are at peace with that.
Our approach
We favour conservative, structure-preserving surgery: smaller implants placed well, lifts that preserve sensation, reductions that protect lactation potential where possible. We use FDA-approved devices exclusively, irrigate pockets with antibiotic solution, and insert with the Keller funnel technique to minimise contamination. Our capsular contracture rate sits below 5% at two years.
The procedure
All breast surgery is performed under general anaesthetic in our ACHSI-accredited theatres, with overnight observation under nursing care. Most patients move to a private recovery villa the following morning. Theatre time ranges from ninety minutes (straightforward augmentation) to four hours (combined procedures or complex revisions).
Recovery
Five to ten nights on the island depending on the procedure, with daily nursing visits in your villa for the first week. We schedule lymphatic drainage sessions from day three to support healing and a soft surgical bra at all times for six weeks. Scars are managed actively with silicone protocols beginning at week three.
